The imageRUNNER ADVANCE (iR-ADV) C250i is a robust, colour A4 device, which is suitable for any size workgroup as it can be installed in a desktop or a floor standing environment thanks to the optional cassettes available. The large colour touch-screen, intuitive menus and smart user authentication, provide a unique personalised experience and simple operation. Document capture is effortless with rapid colour scanning and conversion into a range of formats. Users can create professional stapled documents while mobile workers can easily print from or scan to their mobile devices¹. This device integrates tightly with a range of powerful output and information management software to optimise your document processes, thanks to the smart MEAP and MEAP web application platform.

Secure information and control costs

Award-winning² smart user authentication allows control of user access and rights, while providing visibility of usage through activity tracking reports.
There is a range of standard and optional features for device, network and document security, which enable compliance with the highest levels of security standards. Secure printing and secure erasing of jobs on the Hard Disc Drive help keep your information protected. The option of uniFLOW offers further efficiencies and security through print job redirection and Data Loss Prevention respectively.

Efficient integration and management

Seamless integration into networks and enterprise solutions, resource sharing with other devices and the ability to link to Cloud services, enable you to work and share documents flexibly.

Dear Customer,

As you are aware, we are facing a difficult time trying to cope with the Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic. We are now shortly entering Risk Level 4 across the nation, with most businesses shutting down. The following is an update of how we will operate over this period.

  •  We’re open for business, just not at our premises. As of Wednesday March 25th, all our staff will be working remotely. We have very robust 3PL relationships in place that are deemed ‘essential services’. Most of our products can be shipped during this time.
  • Remote Service Calls: While we know the majority of our companies will be closed during this period, we service many ‘essential businesses’. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to fix equipment remotely. This will require some level of assistance from our customers.
  • Onsite Visits: For when a site visit is unavoidable, and if you are deemed an ‘essential service’, we have also refined our processes, including regular hand washing, wiping the machines with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol, and using sanitiser. We have also asked all our staff to stop shaking hands.
  • Remote Working: We have already started remote working for some staff and will be completely remote by the end of Wednesday.

There will inevitably be delays on some orders, and potentially low stock on some items, but please stay in contact with us for anything you need.
